Stone Bridge Capital (MFO) Ltd was established in 2017 in Limassol, Cyprus, as a multi-family office practice serving international high-net-worth individuals and their families. We work with entrepreneurs, business owners and private principals, primarily of CIS origin, building or maintaining their presence across Europe.
The practice is built around a direct relationship with the principal. Specialist support is engaged on a per-mandate basis through a network of trusted partners across jurisdictions — corporate service providers, lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and banking specialists — selected for each engagement based on the requirements of the work.
We are members of OEB (Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation) and CPMA (Cyprus Project Management Association).

Our principles
Our practice is built on a set of operating principles that shape every mandate we undertake. These principles are not aspirational — they describe how we work, day to day, with every client.
01
Single point of contact
Every client works directly with the principal of the practice. The same person who agrees the mandate is the one who executes it. There is no relationship manager between you and the work - no junior delegation, no handoff to associates, no quarterly partner check-ins.
02
Long-term orientation
Our practice is not transactional. Our mandates run for years, sometimes decades. We invest in understanding each family's situation deeply, learn how it evolves, and adapt as it does. We measure success not by the number of clients we serve, but by how long they continue to choose us.
03
Confidentiality as default
All client information is treated as confidential as a matter of course, not as a discretionary courtesy. We do not publish client names and we do not use mandate details for marketing without explicit written consent — as a rule, not an exception.
04
Selective engagement
We work with a deliberately limited number of clients. This is not about availability — it is about depth. Each mandate receives the attention it requires, and we decline engagements that we cannot serve at the standard our existing clients expect.
05
Independence
We are independent of any banking, legal or accounting institution. We do not receive commissions, kickbacks or referral fees from product distributors or service providers. Our advice is shaped by client interest alone — not by what generates the most revenue for us.
06
Trusted partnership
Specialist work is delivered through carefully selected external partners — lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, banking specialists, corporate service providers. We coordinate, but we do not pretend to do every task in-house. This model gives our clients access to the right specialist for each issue, rather than to whoever happens to be on staff.
07
Practical execution
Strategy without delivery is not advisory. We are present through implementation — the documents, the calls with bankers, the negotiations with counterparties, the closings. We do not hand strategy over to the client and disappear. The same person who designed the plan is the one who sees it through.
