ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Version dated 29 May 2026

Stone Bridge Capital (MFO) Ltd, a legal entity incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE371697, with registered office at Limassol, Eptanisou 28, Cyprus ("SBC", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to making the website located at www.sbc.cy (the "Website") accessible to as broad a range of users as reasonably possible, including individuals with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments.

This statement describes the accessibility standards we work toward, the measures we have taken, the areas we continue to improve, and the way in which users can report accessibility issues to us.

1. Standards we work toward

We aim to align the Website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as a general reference for digital accessibility. We do not claim full compliance across every page and every element of the Website. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a fixed state, and we continue to review and improve the Website over time.

2. Measures we have taken

The following accessibility considerations are reflected in the current design of the Website:

— Clear typography with adequate contrast between text and background across most pages

— Meaningful heading hierarchy to support navigation using assistive technology

— Alternative text on informational images, where applicable

— Keyboard-navigable interactive elements, including menus, buttons and forms

— Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, orientations and zoom levels

— Semantic markup underlying page structure to support screen readers and other assistive technologies

3. Areas we continue to improve

We are aware that certain elements of the Website may present accessibility challenges. These include, without limitation, complex layouts on some pages, decorative imagery, embedded third-party content and interactive components that do not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We continue to review these elements and improve them where practical.

4. Third-party content

Some elements of the Website — including embedded maps, links to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn), and blog components — are provided by third-party services. We do not directly control the accessibility of these third-party components. We select providers who demonstrate reasonable accessibility standards, but the accessibility of third-party content is ultimately governed by those third parties.

5. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter any accessibility issue on the Website, or if you require information from the Website in an alternative format that is more suitable for your circumstances, please contact us using the details below. We will respond personally and, where possible, provide the information you need in an alternative format.

6. Regulatory context

This statement is provided in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and international best practice on digital accessibility. Where the European Accessibility Act imposes specific obligations applicable to the Website, we work toward compliance with those obligations. Where the Act does not impose such obligations, we nonetheless treat accessibility as part of our broader commitment to considered and inclusive practice.

7. Updates to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, changes in applicable accessibility standards, or changes in the way we approach accessibility. The date of the current version is stated at the beginning of this document.
